Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

Work location: Warsaw, Poland

Work model: Hybrid - 2 days per week from the office, 3 days remote

Pay rate:

• UoP: 113 PLN/h
• B2B: 184 PLN/h

Contract duration: 15-Oct-2026 - 15-Dec-2026 with possible extension

Client: A global energy company focused on renewable energy and the transition towards a sustainable energy system.

About the role:

As a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant, you will support business and functional activities related to enterprise applications, including UAT, functional testing, application analysis and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with business and IT teams to identify gaps, support issue resolution and ensure smooth delivery of project activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting UAT and end-user testing activities, including test preparation, execution and defect analysis
• Conducting gap analysis between Conga and Apttus and documenting functional differences and business impact
• Preparing and maintaining user documentation, training materials and SharePoint content
• Handling support tickets and assisting with application-related issue investigation
• Coordinating with business and IT stakeholders and facilitating discussions when required
• Supporting functional testing and validation of business processes

Expectations:

• Business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Ability to analyze and compare enterprise applications, identify functional differences, assess business impact, and document findings in a structured manner.
• Functional testing, including test preparation, execution, defect analysis, and business process validation.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user testing activities.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation of discussions between business and IT teams.
• Creating and maintaining user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
• Application support, issue investigation, and operational support activities.
• A self-driven and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes would be an advantage.
