What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in business analysis, process documentation, operations, or a similar role.
- Ability to document and organize business processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, MS Excel, and/or Jira.
- Experience or understanding of process mapping.
- Ability to help document the client journey, including onboarding processes.
- Ability to support knowledge retention and maintain process documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Amenable to work on an early morning shift (7AM - 4PM).
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa City (100% on-site).
