Business Analyst/Project Manager (Banking/ASAP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing project delivery, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of banking solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define business needs and solution scope.
• Create and maintain project plans, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and status reports.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational governance processes.
• Provide regular project updates and executive reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
