Business Analyst/Research analyst

OPLinnovate is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analyzing business processes, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The individual will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Perform gap analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies based on research findings and market analysis.

• Support project management activities by providing insights and contributing to project documentation.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Monitor the effectiveness of strategy and make recommendations, if any

• Create/build financial models

• Assist in finance functions including fund raising and deployment
