We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive process models and workflows using tools like Visio to visualize current and future states.
• Design, implement, and maintain databases, focusing on database design principles using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar platforms.
• Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data effectively to diverse audiences.
• Manage projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, coordinating resources, and communicating updates across teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling reports.
• Strong understanding of project management principles to oversee initiatives from inception to completion.
• Experience with SDLC processes to manage software development projects efficiently.
• Programming skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), enabling advanced data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of database systems including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; experience with database design is a plus.
• Expertise in business analysis techniques to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with analysis skills such as SQL querying for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to create detailed process diagrams using Visio for documentation purposes.
• Solid understanding of data analysis skills necessary for interpreting complex datasets accurately.

Pay: £55,808.61-£70,408.48 per year
