Business Analyst/Tester

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or testing
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing
• Familiarity with database concepts, wireframing tools, and Azure DevOps or equlvalent tools

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional, and technical specifications
• Design system flows, wireframes, and database structures
• Ensure allgnment between business needs and technical solutions
• Communicate requirements with stakeholders and the development team
• Maintain project documentation and manage backlog items
• Create test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Support SIT, UAT, and system validationactivities
• Review and valldate dellverables for completeness and accuracy
