Business Analytics and Intelligence (BAI) Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized BAI Intern to join our team. In this role, the BAI Intern will support the BAI team in ensuring that global FENIX data analytics operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tracking project profitability, staff resourcing, project budgets, data analytics, and other key company operating metrics. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leaders and the business operations team to support daily operations, data analytics, and business reporting
• Assist with the coordination and management of key project initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis, facilitate internal workshops, and lead business-focused discussions to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations
• Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and report on key company performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and coding experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required (C1 level or higher)
• EU citizenship or legal authorization to live and work in the EU without sponsorship is required
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field such as accounting or finance
• 1–2 years of experience in business operations or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Preferred: Experience with project management tools and/or cash flow analysis, including Airtable or similar platforms
