Business Analytics Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor sales, profit margins, customer footfall, basket size, and store profitability
• Identify issues if performance is below target.
• Analyze data and explain the reasons behind good or poor performance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Highlight business risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support leadership with data-driven decision making.
• Build automated reports and dashboards instead of manual Excel files
• Create PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Reporting, Business Operations, or Performance Management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience creating dashboards and automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
