We're looking for someone who understands hospitality and wants to bring that mindset into the business and technology world.

We're looking for our Business & Client Concierge .

Much like a great hospitality professional understands both the front and back of the house, you'll work across both sides of Mayan.

Front of House — Our Clients

Build relationships, support sales, coordinate client meetings and experiences, maintain CRM activity, follow up on commitments, support events and marketing initiatives, and help make sure every interaction with Mayan feels intentional and personal.

Back of House — Our Business

Work closely with our Founders and Managing Partners to coordinate priorities, meetings, follow-ups, and special initiatives. Help track workforce performance metrics, gather updates, follow up on projects and deadlines, and help leadership maintain visibility into what's happening across the organization.

You won't manage departments or teams.

You'll work across them — connecting people, communicating priorities, following up, solving problems, and helping keep things moving.

We're looking for someone who is personable, polished, organized, confident, resourceful, dependable, and comfortable working with all kinds of people.

Hospitality experience is highly valued.

Technology experience isn't required.
