The Role & Scope

This is a 100% remote position open to top-tier international data analytics professionals capable of delivering elite training to our diverse cohorts. This hands-on, practitioner-focused program bridges data analysis fundamentals with advanced business intelligence, enabling learners to extract actionable insights, build compelling dashboards, and drive data-driven decision-making in real-world business contexts.

What You'll Lead:

• Core Analytics Instruction: Deliver engaging online lectures and real-world lab sessions covering data analysis concepts, statistical fundamentals, data cleaning, visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Data-Driven Insights: Teach students how to identify business problems, analyze datasets, build compelling dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable business recommendations.
• Tool Mastery & Visualization: Guide students through industry-standard analytics platforms: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Excel (advanced), Google Analytics, and cloud-based BI solutions.
• Business Case Mentorship: Mentor students through real-world datasets, capstone projects, and case studies that mirror enterprise analytics workflows, preparing them for immediate impact in professional roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of professional industry experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Developer, or comparable role, plus 1+ years of training or mentoring experience.
• Instructional Capability: Demonstrated ability to deliver lab-based instruction to adult learners (submission of 3 recorded sample classes may be required during evaluation).
• Language: Elite, fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Tech Stack Proficiency:

• BI & Visualization Platforms: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio, QlikView
• Database & Query Languages: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Programming & Analysis: Python, R, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA)
• Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Apache Spark, Hadoop basics
• Concepts: Data Cleaning & Preparation, Statistical Analysis, Data Interpretation, Dashboard Design, Report Development, Business Problem-Solving, A/B Testing, Predictive Analytics

Preferred but Not Required:

• Active industry certifications (Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Power BI Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist, AWS Analytics, CompTIA Data+).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP analytics services).
• Background in enterprise BI environments or data warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with agile analytics methodologies.
