Business & Finance Controller - IT, Data & Analytics

A sustainable Dutch bank needs a business controller for its IT run & change and Data & Analytics budgets during a transformation. You give management the numbers, the story behind them and a forecast they can steer on.

What you'll do

• Business control for IT run & change and Data & Analytics: actuals against budget, root causes of under- and overruns
• Consolidation and forecasting
• Cost deep dives and spend dashboards
• FTE monitoring, accruals, adjustments and cost allocation
• Capex/Opex assessment
• Support the transformation with financial insight

Must-haves

• 5+ years of business and/or finance controlling in banking
• Strong data skills: Excel, BI tools, ERP
• Variance analysis, consolidation and forecasting
• Accruals and cost allocation

Nice to have

• Affinity with a values-driven, sustainable bank

Practical

• Contract: freelance preferred, payroll via Levy Professionals possible
• Hours: 32-36 per week
• Start: as soon as possible, until 1 February 2027, no extension
• Location: Driebergen-Zeist, hybrid
