Business & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor warehouse decoration and improvement projects.
• Assist in coordinating CCTV installation, maintenance, and related security projects.
• Conduct regular monitoring and coordination with Tomoro Coffee Shop branches regarding operational concerns and requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring various business and operations projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when necessary.
• Prepare updates, reports, documentation, and project status reports.
• Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and pending concerns.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management or business partners when required.
• Handle other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, facilities, construction, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to handle various operational assignments.
