Here at Burns Sheehan, we're working with a private equity-backed European business operating a large portfolio of holiday parks across the Netherlands, Germany and France. Following continued investment and growth, they're building out their technology function and are looking for a Business Applications Manager to lead the team responsible for their enterprise application landscape.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage a team of around seven specialists, taking ownership of a broad portfolio of business-critical applications supporting operations, reservations, finance, HR and commercial functions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure applications remain reliable, scalable and aligned with the organisation's future plans.

The role has been created to introduce greater structure into an established team, allowing senior IT leadership to focus on longer-term strategy while you drive operational excellence, vendor management and continuous improvement across the applications estate.

• Enterprise Application & SaaS Portfolio Management
• Business Applications Roadmap & Strategy
• Vendor & Third-Party Supplier Management
• Application Lifecycle Management & Governance
• Business Stakeholder Engagement
• Application Integrations & APIs
• Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation

We're looking for someone with experience leading Enterprise or Business Applications teams, managing complex application portfolios and building strong relationships across both IT and the wider business. You'll have a good understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor management and application support, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational delivery alongside longer-term transformation initiatives.

Experience within hospitality or Property Management Systems such as Mews would be beneficial, although candidates from other enterprise application environments with transferable experience are equally encouraged to apply.
