Business Architect - Digital Operating Model

Context

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to support the design and implementation of a Digital Operating Model.

Missions

• Contribute to the modernization of the operating model for IT & Digital, covering capability design, ownership, and ways of working
• Review digital and IT service delivery across group and business units
• Build an implementation roadmap
• Translate complex strategic questions into structured approaches, workplans, and recommendations
• Develop frameworks and conceptual models that bring clarity to ambiguous organizational or architectural challenges
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with senior stakeholders to align on direction and priorities
• Work closely with IT & Digital leadership and key business stakeholders
• Contribute to communication materials and executive-level documentation that convey strategic choices clearly and concisely

1. Master's degree, preferably in engineering, business, or information management
2. 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or IT operating model design
3. Demonstrated experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments in large organizations
4. Strong understanding of IT and digital operating model concepts: service delivery, capability organization, governance, and ways of working
5. Familiarity with how IT functions evolve in the context of broader digital transformation (agile, product operating models, platform thinking)
6. Ability to structure and visualize complex topics into clear frameworks and presentations
7. Combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
8. Strong communication skills, able to adapt from senior executive conversations to working-level collaboration
9. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure where it doesn't yet exist
10. Collaborative and able to integrate into a client team while contributing independent thinking
