About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our growing team at Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based 4-16-2, NO.14, PERSIARAN ANGGERIK VANILLA, SEKSYEN 31, KOTA KEMUNING, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. will provide crucial administrative and sales support to our sales department.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance
• Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure a high level of customer service
• Preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Support day to day operations of the Sales & Admin Department
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local forwarders

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Fluent in Chinese is a MUST

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Familiarity with the client & sales administration industry would be an advantage
