Business Assistant

• Attend to customers professionally and assist them in selecting suitable eyewear.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
• Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into sales.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Package orders neatly and prepare items for delivery or pickup.
• Receive, arrange and keep accurate records of eyewear stock.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged or missing items.
• Keep the business space clean, organised and presentable.
• Assist with product photography, videos, social media content and photoshoots when required.
• Update product information and availability on the website when needed.
• Maintain daily records of sales, orders and customer enquiries.
• Assist with other day-to-day business tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
