What they need
- Assist domestic companies with business coordination and other matters; jointly maintain client relationships;
- Handle client inquiries and suggestions regarding business operations;
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive client relationships;
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors;
- Travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China as required by work assignments;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field;
- Preferably 1+ years of customer service experience in financial institutions;
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset;
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
