Business Assistant

Overview

We are a growing, fast-paced oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking an experienced, bilingual Business Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment while providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a team player who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and patient records.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED.
• Previous dental office experience REQUIRED.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using dental practice management software and computers.
• Oral surgery experience preferred but not required.
