Business Associate

Lifewood Data Technology Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Business Associate to support business operations, analysis, coordination, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to help improve business processes, prepare reports, coordinate activities, and support company initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative functions.
• Assist with data analysis and prepare reports for business decision-making.
• Conduct market research and gather relevant business insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on business-related activities.
• Monitor and track business performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of business records and documentation.
• Support business improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other business requirements as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate company information and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or any related business course.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
