Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve complaints professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain customer records and update support tickets.
• Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and patience.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle different customer queries.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers can apply; customer support experience is a plus.
• Preferred Skills
• English communication.
