Business Associate- lead generation

Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a work-from-home basis.

The role involves outbound B2B calling, connecting with CXOs and senior decision-makers, generating interest, and scheduling business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to CXOs and senior decision-makers.
• Introduce the company's products/services professionally.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Understand prospect requirements and create interest.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain call and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and meeting targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with senior business professionals.
• Good confidence and convincing ability.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation or business development will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Tamil language proficiency is required for one of the openings.
• Hindi and English proficiency is preferred for other openings.
• Gujarati language knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote/WFH environment.

Up to ₹7 LPA, depending on experience and communication skills.
