Schedule & have product, marketing, credit and risk meeting with sales force.

Assist monitoring sales result and measure results against goals set.

To ensure quality of sales calls/visits including accuracy & completion of information to minimize risk fraud.

Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.

Improve implementation of standards across the unit.
