We are partnering with a leading Australian bank to recruit an experienced Business Banking Manager for a key role within their Agribusiness and Commercial Banking division, based in South Australia (Adelaide or Port Lincoln). As a Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and expansion of a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with farming and business clients
• Identifying new lending and deposit opportunities across the portfolio
• Structuring tailored financial solutions aligned to client needs and regional market conditions
• Managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with banking policies
• Partnering with credit, product, and business support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Successful candidates will hold a tertiary degree in a relevant field whilst having experience in commercial or agribusiness banking. You’ll be confident working independently, capable of delivering tailored financial advice, and passionate about supporting regional business success.
