• Build a hybrid skill set: Master both technical depth and commercial agility. Flex easily between drafting solid proposals, writing technical content, and structuring bespoke deals—turning single wins into team playbooks.
• Close the loop and scale: Translate early wins into scalable revenue, strategic partnerships, and market presence. Deliver measurable results, not just process.

Who you can be

We welcome people from all paths:

• Sales or BD. You understand buyer psychology, negotiation, and long-term relationships, and want to apply your playbook to a new frontier.
• VC, PE, or IR. You have investment acumen, are skilled in deal structuring and industry analysis — use capital thinking to plan business strategies.
• Consulting. You structure hard problems, learn fast, and hold your own with executives — now you want to turn analysis into outcomes.
• Product or Ops. You are data-driven with strong user intuition, approaching commercialization like product design.
• Engineering or R&D. You have technical credibility, empathy for developers, and a feel for what's next — for you, selling is a technical conversation.
