As they continue to expand their Dynamics 365 Business Central practice, they are seeking experienced professionals who can lead strategic engagements, shape solution direction, and deliver transformational outcomes for customers. The practice works closely with organisations across finance, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, projects, inventory, and professional services, helping them maximise value from their Microsoft technology investments.

We are recruiting for several senior opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice, including:

• Business Central Pre-Sales Architect
• Business Central Principal Consultant
• Business Central Solution Architect

In these roles, you will partner with customers to understand business challenges, design fit-for-purpose Business Central solutions, lead workshops, contribute to pre-sales activities, and provide strategic guidance throughout delivery. You'll work across Business Central modules including Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Projects, and Reporting while leveraging the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Designing scalable end-to-end Business Central solutions
• Providing solution architecture and business advisory services
• Supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders
• Driving opportunities across AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies
• Collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:

• Strong experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Pre-Sales Architect
• Deep functional knowledge across Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Experience participating in pre-sales, solution design, or architecture engagements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and Microsoft integration technologies will be highly regarded.
