Business Central Developer

The Opportunity

Conspicuous is exclusively partnered with a leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner to find an experienced Business Central Developer to join their growing delivery team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the USA or Canada, offering the chance to work on modern, end-to-end BC implementations for a varied client base — while pushing further into Microsoft's wider Fabric, Copilot, and Power Platform ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and extend Business Central solutions using AL, with legacy C/AL knowledge to support ongoing modernization work
• Develop and maintain integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse to connect BC with wider Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools
• Explore and apply Microsoft Fabric for data integration, reporting, and analytics use cases across client environments
• Support and build Copilot-enabled extensions and AI-assisted features within Business Central
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate client requirements into scalable technical designs
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and internal best practice standards
• Support upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across live client environments

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience developing in AL for Business Central
• Working knowledge of C/AL for legacy support and migration projects
• Solid understanding of the Business Central data model, extensions, and events
• Experience integrating BC with other systems via APIs, web services, or middleware
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment
• Based in the USA or Canada with authorization to work without sponsorship

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, Lakehouse, Power BI integration)
• Exposure to Copilot extensibility within Business Central or the wider Power Platform
• Logic Apps development for integration and automation scenarios
• Dataverse experience, including model-driven apps or Power Platform integrations
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related Power Platform technologies
