Business Change Manager

My client in the energy space is looking for a Business Change Manager who has extensive business knowledge in physical commodities like Oil, LNG and Metals.

This is an initial 6 month, on-site contract role in London. This role is offering up to ~1300 pounds per day inside IR35.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Develop and implement business change management strategies and plans.
• Assess change impacts on employees, business processes and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications and resistance to change.
• Coordinate training and readiness activities to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor change adoption, measure business outcomes and ensure changes deliver the intended benefits.
