Business Concierge

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides outstanding customer service to all customers, and visitors of N9
• Assists customers and visitors in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
• Supports all N9 customers with administrative tasks just as answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, receiving mail, printing, scanning etc.
• Knows all essential aspects of N9 operations
• Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions and transportation options
• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
• Maintains inventory and stock of supplies and collateral for N9
• Facilitates correspondence with N9 customers
• Works collaboratively with other N9 staff

Concierge Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to reach out and serve
• Ability to interact with all customers, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
• Displays organisational skills and ability to prioritise as required when handling multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills is an advantage.
• Strong follow through skills
