About the Role

We are looking for a Business Consultant who can understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and provide practical strategies to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s business, goals, services, and challenges.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales, client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Identify gaps in operations and suggest better processes and systems.
• Work with different departments to improve coordination and productivity.
• Develop and track business KPIs and performance reports.
• Prepare business plans, recommendations, and presentations for management.
• Help implement new strategies and monitor their results.
• Identify potential risks and suggest solutions.
• Support management in important business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in business consulting, business development, strategy, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business operations and revenue generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with data, reports, and business KPIs.
• Good knowledge of market and competitor research.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.

What We Expect

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong business knowledge and analytical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
