What will you do as a Business Consultant?

As a Business Consultant at Specter, you’ll build your own client portfolio within an IT specialization such as software, data, infrastructure, security, or ERP.

You’ll actively look for new business opportunities, learn about companies’ needs, and connect them with the right IT consultants. You’ll manage the entire commercial process, from the first contact to closing a deal.

In practice, you will:

• Approach new clients and further develop existing client relationships
• Identify commercial opportunities and map out companies’ IT needs
• Build a strong network of IT consultants within your specialization
• Match the right consultants with client projects
• Negotiate rates, availability, and commercial terms
• Guide the entire process from the first conversation to the start of a collaboration
• Develop your own commercial strategy and take responsibility for your market and results

What are we looking for in you?

• You are commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated by achieving results
• You find it easy to make new connections and know how to build strong relationships
• You speak fluent English at C1 level or higher
• You are interested in entrepreneurship, technology, and the IT landscape
• You take initiative and enjoy working independently
• You feel at home in an environment where you have plenty of freedom and responsibility
• Preferably, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, but we consider your motivation and commercial mindset just as important
• Initial experience in sales or recruitment is an asset, but definitely not a requirement
