Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with issuer clients to understand their strategic business objectives and deliver data-driven solutions that drive card acquisition, customer engagement, retention, and portfolio profitability.
• Evaluate and benchmark card portfolios by identifying performance gaps, business risks, and growth opportunities through customer segmentation, spending behavior analysis, usage trends, and dormancy insights.
• Develop and quantify growth strategies to increase card usage, transaction frequency, purchase volume, and average spend per cardholder, supported by financial analysis and measurable business impact.
• Design, execute, and optimize business initiatives through pilot programs, A/B testing, and targeted marketing campaigns, converting analytical insights into scalable and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver client-ready insights and project execution support by partnering with clients, cross-functional teams, and PMO stakeholders to develop executive presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that enable informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Business Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, or Strategy Office. Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
