About the Role

As a Business Continuity Expert , you will be a key driver in defining, developing, and maintaining the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across Mega Image. You will collaborate closely with executive management, the Technology department, and regional/Group functions to ensure our business remains resilient, prepared, and fully operational through any disruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. BCM Strategy & Governance

• Develop and maintain the BCM framework in line with company and Group requirements.
• Adapt Group standards to local processes and ways of working.
• Report on key risks, readiness, testing results, and improvement actions.
• Support audits and represent the company in regional and Group forums.

2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Risk Assessment

• Coordinate company-wide Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
• Assess risks and support teams in defining prevention and recovery measures.
• Maintain BCM data and documentation in Group systems.

3. Planning, Testing & Crisis Management

• Develop and update Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans.
• Plan and coordinate tests and simulations to assess response capabilities.
• Identify gaps and track improvement actions.
• Promote employee awareness and understanding of their roles during crises.

4. Incident Response & IT Disaster Recovery Partnership

• Monitor potential threats and support incident escalation and plan activation.
• Help coordinate response, communication, and recovery efforts.
• Work with Technology to align business continuity plans with IT Disaster Recovery capabilities and exercises.

Candidate Profile

• Risk Analysis & Judgment: Advanced capability in risk assessment, BIA execution, and sound decision-making under high uncertainty.
• Crisis Response: Strong ability to react quickly, maintain clarity, and lead under pressure during crisis situations.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills adapted across all organizational levels.
• Rigor & Prevention Focus: Detail-oriented, structured, with a proactive focus on continuous improvement and resilience.
