We are seeking a motivated Business Continuity Manager to oversee the development, validation, and refinement of business continuity plans. You will ensure the organisation can continue to operate effectively during emergencies and crises, while enhancing overall operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor emergency response and business continuity plans across operational domains.
• Ensure alignment with the organisation’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) framework and strategic objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team to achieve objectives and drive enterprise-wide resilience initiatives.
• Conduct or support risk assessments, business impact analyses, and continuity plan testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain readiness and effective crisis response.
• Support continuous improvement of continuity plans, procedures, and governance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in crisis management and/or business continuity planning within a large organisation.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge or working experience in business continuity, crisis management, and emergency planning.
• Soft Skills: Proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and driving resilience initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Other: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, operational environment.
