Business Continuity Specialist

Desired Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with good communication skill , knowledge on BCP will be preferred

Desired Experience : 5 to 7 years in BCP & DR

Desired candidature : Willingness in learning and a passionate professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills for drafting process documents and test reports effectively.
• Coordination: Serve as a coordinator for business continuity efforts, collaborating with stakeholders and employees.
• Call Tree Management: Establish, maintain, and test call trees to ensure clear communication in disaster situations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document testing activities comprehensively, including goals, planning, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Business Function Analysis: Analyze critical business functions to assess the scope and impact of potential disaster scenarios.
• Plan Development: Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to create business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Testing & Evaluation : Organize and lead regular drills, simulations, and tabletop exercises.
