Business Controller

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring strong reporting, planning, and data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare and analyze regular financial and management reports.
• Monitor business performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
• Identify performance trends, variances, and key business drivers.
• Provide clear and actionable insights to support management decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis and explanations.
• Develop financial models and business performance analyses.
• Support management in evaluating financial performance and future business scenarios.

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance business partner to different functions and stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and financial impact.
• Challenge assumptions and support initiatives aimed at improving profitability and efficiency.

Process & Data Quality

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and business data.
• Monitor and improve financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Previous experience in PBO is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent ability to work with data and translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
