What We Do - We work across the organization to:

• Deliver accurate Profit & Loss reporting, providing a clear and reliable view of operational performance.
• Guide financial performance across all destinations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, establishing ambitious yet achievable financial targets.
• Oversee monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and control.
• Support senior management with financial insights, business understanding, and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor sales performance to anticipate trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
• Safeguard data quality by understanding business processes end-to-end and how operations work in practice.
• Foster a strong alliance between people and AI, combining human expertise with intelligent technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more impactful insights.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Controlling, we are looking for a Business Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting business performance and decision-making across our destinations.

What We're Looking For: Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis, or performance management role within the tourism industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
