Managing - Marketing Sales Operations from the back end

Coordinating/ Tracking/ Follow-up/ with internal external customers

Handson Experience to prepare PPTs

Evaluating the customer s requirement by following the Somnetics standards to provide the best solutions

Needs to be aware of business processes so as to be able to go to the right person to get a task completed, should have a keen eye for detail

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Manage CEO calendars and set up meetings

Take minutes during meetings

Should be able to handle the Managing Director s office -organizing meetings and necessary logistics, compiling minutes, and filing to complete actions

Should have Education B

Sc

/ BTech/Technical Diploma

Must be Flexible to perform multiple roles

Should have working knowledge skills with Digital Agency

Strong Technical Background is mandatory

Hands-on Experience in customer-facing Technology Consulting

Good working and hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools, the Internet, Email, and ERP

Ability to work independently
