Business Coordinator

We are hiring a Business Coordinator who will gain hands-on exposure to diagnostic operations, reagent tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, ideal for both fresh graduates and candidates looking to build their experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will play an important role in:

• Provide administrative support to the business team, including preparing forms, reports, and business-related documentation (e.g. EOF, GRF, IVO, EVO, CAPEX).
• Coordinate and support business projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and resources are well managed.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of business documents, contracts, and inventory information.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support process improvements and other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties to support the business team.

What you'll need

• Possessed at least diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience in related field.
• Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Office skills relevant for documentation activities and report generation.
• Good command in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Independent and willing to go extra mileage for better performance.
