Comlink Australia is an aged care and community services organisation and part of a growing group of purpose-led businesses. As we head towards our 40th year in 2027, there’s a lot in motion, including new projects, leadership forums, governance work and organisation-wide communications. We need someone who can keep it all connected.

Working closely with our Executive Manager, Transformation & Change, you’ll be the person who knows where things are up to: which actions are still open, which papers are due and which updates need to go out. You’ll bring people and information together and make sure the details don’t get lost.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating timelines, actions and deliverables across Transformation, Internal Communications and Shared Services initiatives.
• Planning and running the logistics for workshops, leadership forums and meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, presentations, minutes and action registers.
• Following up on commitments and deadlines so work keeps moving between meetings, not just during them.
• Working with Marketing to draft, edit and schedule internal communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, announcements and campaigns, and keeping the communications calendar and intranet content current.
• Providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Executive Manager, Transformation & Change and other leaders.
• Working with teams across the business to gather information, coordinate requests and support working groups.
• Maintaining records, registers and templates, and improving them when you see a better way.

What you’ll bring

You’re comfortable with a full workload and a mix of tasks in the same day. You write well, you notice the details others miss, and you’re confident working with people at every level. You’ll know when to take the initiative, when to follow up and how to keep things on track without needing to be asked.
