About the role

Data Analyst role supporting business operations using AI tools. This role tracks investments, services portfolios, follows market trends, and monitors business production output. Suited for someone entry-level who is comfortable with data and wants to use AI tools in day-to-day work.

Key responsibilities

• Track investment performance and flag major changes or risks.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to analyze data, summarize reports, and speed up research.
• Service and maintain client/business portfolios, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Monitor market trends and prepare simple summaries highlighting key changes.
• Track business production numbers (output, sales, or volume metrics) and report on progress against targets.
• Build simple trackers or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets) for portfolios, market data, and production figures.
• Support the team with day-to-day data requests and reporting.

About you

• Local Diploma or degree in Business or related field
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for analysis and summarizing.
• Clear written communication, able to explain data simply.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work independently
