Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who can analyze business data, identify trends, create meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and basic Python.

Freshers with relevant projects and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze business data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Prepare business reports and MIS reports using Excel.
• Track and analyze KPIs, metrics, and business performance.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Perform data validation and identify data quality issues.
• Present analytical findings and insights to business teams.
• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.
• Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data analysis, and visualization.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is preferred.
• Understanding of statistics and business KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
