Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with knowledge of advertising and marketing, who can directly execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Directly execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Analyze data, evaluate campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimizing budget, content, and strategies.
• Track marketing metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with related departments to execute and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Research market trends, stay updated with advertising trends, and propose new testing ideas.

Requirements Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Print-on-Demand (POD) is preferred.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+.

Professional Skills

• Knowledge of advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
