Business Data Analyst x2 - Insurance (London Market)

I am seeking experienced Business Data Analyst's with strong London Market and Commercial & Specialty Insurance experience. This is deliver and enhance strategic data platforms, on snowflake technology.

• The successful candidates will work with business stakeholders and data delivery teams to understand business processes, analyse data, capture requirements, and support the delivery of data products and analytics solutions. They will act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and translated into deliverable outcomes.
• The roles will support the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including discovery, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• The analysts will work across a range of business domains including underwriting, delegated authority, bordereaux, claims, finance, exposure management, and regulatory reporting.

Experience required:

• Proven Business Data Analyst experience within the London Market, Commercial Insurance, or Specialty Insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance data and business processes, particularly underwriting, delegated authority, bordereaux, claims, finance, or exposure management.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data engineering and technical delivery teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and business change activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
