What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the business development cycle and sales strategies.
- Good personality with strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (TOEIC 750+ preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to travel to upcountry project sites (e.g., Chonburi and Rayong) approximately once every two weeks.
- Willing to attend customer networking and business engagement activities outside normal working hours when required.
