Business Development Manager – IT / Software | B2B & B2C

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience in IT/Software Sales and Business Development to generate leads, acquire clients and drive business growth through B2B & B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals.
• Acquire new B2B & B2C clients for IT/software services.
• Promote Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, SaaS & Digital Marketing services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups and negotiations.
• Convert leads, close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain sales pipeline and lead/follow-up records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B / B2C sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling IT services or software solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition and sales closing.
• Candidates from Namakkal and surrounding areas preferred.
• Willing to work on-site at our Namakkal office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
