At Maxpo Exhibitions, we're looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about B2B sales and eager to help businesses grow through world-class exhibitions and events.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Sell exhibition stalls, sponsorships, and branding solutions
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences

We're Looking For:

• 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Exhibition/Event Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• We prefer candidates from the Exhibition, Event Management, B2B Conference, Media Sales, or Advertising industries.
