What they need

Develop new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets for Building & Infrastructure services.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, EPC companies, government entities, investors, and industrial clients.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
Coordinate with technical teams to develop tailored service solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain CRM pipeline, monitor market trends, competitors, and identify strategic opportunities in azer.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree
At least 7 years of professional experience in related field
Fluency in English is must
