Business Developer

We're building Balt, an AI employee in Slack & Teams for consulting firms and recruitment agencies. Already live with clients.

https://www.hire-balt.com

Your mission:

• Own outbound: build target lists of ESNs and recruitment agencies, run multichannel sequences
• Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls with business managers, recruiters and founders
• Turn client pain points into concrete use cases we can demo and ship
• Run demos end to end and push deals to close alongside the founder
• Feed the product team with field insights — objections, workflows, competitors
• Help structure the sales playbook as we scale from first clients to self-serve

Your profile:

• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or as a Business Manager in an ESN
• You know how consulting firms and staffing agencies actually work (staffing, intercontrat, RFPs) — or you learn fast
• Comfortable with AI tools and able to explain a technical product simply
• Structured, resilient, hands-on — you like building the process, not just following it
• Fluent French, professional English

Why join us:

• Early-stage startup with fast growth and clients already in production
• Sell a product that ships new use cases every week
• Direct line to the founder, real ownership on the GTM
• Rapid learning and potential equity
