Business Developer

Amorim Top Series is a leading supplier of premium cork stoppers, and we're expanding our presence in one of the world's most exciting spirits markets.

We're looking for a Business Developer based in or around Manchester area to drive our growth within the UK & Ireland.

If you know the packaging world, understand what Spirits brands need, and love building relationships that last — we want to talk.

What you'll do:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with Spirits producers, distilleries, and bottling companies across UK&Ireland
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with procurement, packaging, and brand teams
3. Lead commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
4. Monitor market trends in spirits packaging and position our products competitively
5. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events

What we're looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or commercial roles
2. Background in packaging, closures, or supplies to the Spirits industry (strongly preferred)
3. Established network with Spirits brands, distilleries, or packaging decision-makers
4. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
