Business Developer

About the role

This is a key role for our mobile phone hire purchase business in Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales distribution network, i.e. establishing partnership with mobile phone retailers in Bangkok and other places in Thailand later. The ideal candidate must have deep roots in Bangkok's mobile phone retail industry with established retailer connections and strong sales communication capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Open new POSes on monthly basis i.e. establish cooperations with mobile phone retailers
• Visit POSes regularly and help retailers sell more
• Train retailers' assistants on regular basis to make sure they fully understand our product
• Day-to-day operations of cooperated retailers to drive them meet the monthly sales targets
• Monitor competitors' market and product strategies including but not limited to their commission policies, product metrics, and deliver monthly monitor reports
• Collaborate with Risk management and OPS teams to bring them the latest front line information

About you

• 3+ years sales and marketing work experiences in mobile phone retail industry
• Connected with Bangkok's mobile phone retail market
• Connected with Apple, Samsung, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi or their distributors and dealers
• Proven business negotiation, client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Result-driven and able to independently build up cooperations with Papa-mama phone shops
• Native Thai proficiency
• Experience in consumer finance, phone installment and hire purchase industry
• Fluent English or Mandarin Chinese language skills
